Im very socked after waiting more when 2 days and still no one contact whit me for charge money for enroll program. Support on apple is same worst write 1-2 business days 2 week not have reply. Im thing google is bad but him support reply 5-6 hrs and have live chat but apple nothing, no phone, no live chat only email and no one look at it. First im download apple dev im try to enroll from app im scan personal ID and im going on step to pay im add debit card in apple id all information ok when try to pay write unknown error contact whit itunes. im delete card from apple id im add again but option from enroll in app is missing and im do whit website and write we contact 2 business days. 1 week pass.

I have a team member who was deleted. I tried to re-add that team member immediately after deletion but that failed. However, portal still recognizes that user as a member of the team. This results in the following behavior. When trying to re-add the user to the team, I get a message saying they are already on the team. No new invite can be sent because I can't complete the add-user operation. In TestFlight, I do not see this user on the list/roster of possible internal testers. Has anyone seen this behavior before and if so, how did you fix it?

Hello, I have been stumped on this issue for a week and am looking for guidance on how to resolve it. I am aware of Guideline 5.1.1 Legal: Privacy - Data Collection and Storage and have read through it. The core functionality of our app is a Message Chatbot. This is the only feature we have, and we require user registration to limit the number of messages that can be sent on the free tier. However, despite explaining why we need user registration and pointing to a number of very similar apps that have the exact same registration system, we are not able to get approval from the App Reviewers. Their message is: "To resolve this issue, please revise the app to let users freely access the app's features that are not account-based." The problem is that we do not have any other features in our app, so we are stuck. I was wondering if anyone else had similar issues and what they did to fix it? Thank you!

Hi! I would like to release my app in the EU, and I would be classified as trader. Thereby I have to hand over some data like address, phone number etc. My question is: can I use a VoIP number as phone number? I'm just concerned about the sms verification. Much appreciated!

I am getting following message after accepting the agrrement "Your enrollment in the Apple Developer Program could not be completed at this time." This is consistent and i have not been able to bypass this. I added enough money in my bank account as i though that could have been the issue.

Hello! I've encountered an issue with the seller name on the App Store. It seems you can only change it once, during the initial app submission, and unfortunately, we missed that chance. Now, we're stuck with a long, non-English name for life. Here’s the problem: In my country, when choosing a company name, selecting a "field of activity" is mandatory. Let’s say our company is called "X". You can’t just name it "X Inc."; it has to be "X + Field of Activity + Entity Type." Since our language is not English, and aiming for a global market, our name ended up as "X + Foreign words nobody understands + Inc." When I reached out to support, after 7-8 tickets, they only removed the"Inc." but left our field of activity in the name: "X + Game Technologies (Not in english)." It seems Apple can make exceptions and change names, but in this frustrating situation, support is not helping. We want to use just the name "X". We were told to change our company name legally, and only then would they consider changing it on the App Store. The issue is that it’s not just a company name; it's including a descriptor of our field of activity, which legally cannot be omitted. Why is changing the seller name a one-time opportunity? If you miss it or make a mistake, you are forced to stick with something so critical for your company forever. Does anyone here have advice or solutions for this situation?"

I have a problem like this. I am a developer who has been developing iOS applications for many years. I experience this situation when I open an individual account. Your enrollment in the Apple Developer Program is under review. Please contact us. When I want to open a ticket, I am asked to choose an organization for the ticket, but my individual account has nothing to do with my organizations.

Hi, Guys, I would lie to ask it been more than 10 days I add my card but still it shows Your purchase may take up to 48 hours to process. i use my name same in card also anybody know what possible issues here, i was using my email but it is not same email with my card I located in Malaysia

What documents would count for verifying my address for the EU DSA? Do I have to own the address, or just be reachable from it? My family has a PO Box that they share that I was hoping to use so I don't have to list my home address, or pay for my own box that would rarely receive any mail.

Hi all. I really dont know if this is the place for this question. Shortly, when i go to https://developer.apple.com/account and click "Enroll today" - nothing happens. There's no error in the console, just a 302 redirect to developer.apple.com/account. Is this like a bug or is there something else i need to do?

So, a bit of a complex situation. My device is an iPhone 15 Pro. Basically, this person is a contact on my phone, and she has blocked my phone number. However, my Apple ID email is not blocked. When I text this number on my iPad from the Apple ID, the message delivers and is Read. All normal so far. My question here is: On my iPhone 15, when I select "START NEW CONVERSATION FROM" and enable my Apple ID .. Will iMessage merge the prior text conversation initiated using my phone number (which is now blocked), or how will it handle these 2 threads (one from my phone number, the other the Apple ID)? She won't unblock, but she responds to my Apple ID email on iMessages. My goal here is to be able to receive and respond using my Apple ID on my phone, but I have a prior text conversation with this Contact on my Phone. Thanks!

Hi everyone, I'm in a bit of a pickle. I paid for a developer account, and I got an email from Apple confirming the payment. It's been over two weeks now (with the three days they said it would take to process), and I still haven't heard back from them. I sent them a support request about a week ago and still no response. Is this how Apple is always with deadlines? Anyone else run into this problem before, and how did you solve it?
