Configure Game Center
Enable an app version for Game Center
Apps offering Game Center features need to include the Game Center entitlement in the entitlements plist and have Game Center features configured in App Store Connect before they can be submitted to the App Store.

From My Apps, select your app.

In the sidebar, click the app version you want to edit.

Scroll down and select Game Center.
You can now add leaderboards, leaderboard sets, achievements, and multiplayer compatibility to the app version.
