Manage Korea compliance information

If you're an individual or organization based in South Korea, the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce requires Apple to collect and verify identification information for the purpose of displaying on your apps’ product pages. The information you need to provide depends on whether you’re enrolled in the Apple Developer Program as an individual or organization.

Organizations:

You’ll need to enter the following for display on your App Store product pages:

  • Company name

  • Email address

  • Phone number

  • Business Registration Number (BRN). If you’ve signed the Paid Applications Agreement, the BRN you entered in the Korean Tax Forms section of Business will automatically display. If you don’t currently offer paid content on the App Store and haven’t signed the Paid Applications Agreement but would like to display a BRN number, you can provide your BRN using the steps below.

    • States that your organization has the intent to distribute apps to customers in Korea.

    • Provides your printed name, title, signature, and your organization’s contact phone number, and email address.
